Question Which gauges for my CF Guage pod?

Hey guys,

My girlfriend got me these carbon fiber gauge pillars for christmas. I'm stock as of now-- but i still want them installed.

What are some good 52mm Gauges? The Defi link system is only made in 60mm but i love them. Any other brands/websites i should check out?

Thanks
-Peter

60mm is the only way to go. Get something with peak/hold or don't waste your money.

Im confused. You wrote that you were stock for now, meaning your NA?

I was using 52 mm gauges for those. AEM A/F and a Blitz CF boost gauge.
I just recently switched to the Defi BF in Blue but mounting them in the center piece.

Yeah i'm N/A, just a CAI. I wish these would fit the 60mm gauges! (unless someone has done it?)

The Defi blues are nice but i wanted an amber/red lighting @ night. Does anyone know if they make those Defi gauges smaller? I can't seem to find a lot of information/websites on this topic. Has anyone used speedhut.com?

Thanks!

Most pillar pods are 52mm and you just widen the hole to use it with the 60mm. Easy as can be.

Like tech said....... Dremel the hell outta the CF 52mm..

First take the 60mm gauge and trace behind the back or even cut out a cardboard template of the gauge ***.. Place on top the 52mm hole and trace with a pen or anything to get a good circle for reference....... And begin the dremeling!

To get the tightest/nicest fit dremel slowly and keep trying to slide 60mm gauge in..... To dremel, if you have no experience practice on something until you have a steady hand.... One false move will cost you!

i wouldn't recommend cutting them. I have 60 mm gauges in a pod like this, but still u can see the stress from the bottom part of the gauge to the pillar. Its hard to explain, but basically there is little clearance for how wide the entire pod is made.

The DEFI Link as well as the Blue gauges are available in 52mm. The DEFI BFs are 60mm only. We are a large distributor of DEFI gauges if you're interested.

Cheers,

Gary
