Default viper hood Mod

Changed My Hood by My Self on A cold Saturday Morning being Extra Carefull took Minutes , except when I had to Drill Out and adjust the Hood Latch ..

drill out? there shouldn't be any drilling

I installed one tonight, there are three bolts that need to be loosened on the latch. The middle bolt allows the latch to move up or down a bit.

Of course you have the 4 bolts near the windshield, with a little adjusting and tweaking it shouldn't take more than 20 minutes.

Had To Open Up The Three Bolt Holes And Move The Latch Assembly To Get The New Hood To Latch ..

i think you have to do it for all cf hoods.

all you do is untighten the 3 screws that hold in the stock latch in the engine.

raise it up and retighten.
