Headlight tint?

So I can go into a tint shop and they will be able to do this? 30-35% is more then enough.

How did you do your headlights? Did you do it or take it to someone? Any problems with the cops?

this way, you will lose the lighting output.

I did regular tint, but it's not made to endure the elements like the bats overlays. Even if you buy the overlays I'd recommend having a tinter do it.
