Default Problems removing Top Pins (front bumper)

1) I'm having trouble removing the push pins on the top of my front bumper. I poped them all the way up and when I trye to pull them out they don't budge. I even snapped one them. Am I missing something?

2) Can I get replacement pins from a dealership or is it cheaper to get them from napa or autozone.

Thanks.

any chance of a pic? perhaps there is a "button" on top you push as you pull the pin out.

here is an example

No I am talking about front bumper plastic body pins. I don't know the name of them.

you're not suppose to pull them all the way up iirc....you lift it up half way and then remove the pin.

+1 don't pull them all the way up, just pop them loose and pull out the pins from the base; don't pull from the center section.
