I believe there is an access panel in the storage compartment behind the passenger seat.

In the bottom of the compartment is a removeable carpeted "false floor". Under that is a recessed black plastic tray. The tray has pressure clips holding it in. Remove it. Under that, you'll see the access panel in the metal floor.
