Default Nismo Replica fitment issues

From doing a search I know theres a large number of fitment issues on the nismo replica spoiler regarding how it sits flush to the trunk.

My question is do other incounter a slight issue with how the base of the wing lines up with the top part? When holding mine together by hand and lining one side up, the indents and screw holes on the opposite end of the top part sit about 1/4 - 1/3 of an inch further way then where the base part is.

Have others encounter this?

Will the fiberglass wing allow for the strech to line up properly?

As far as your holes not quite lining up I drilled mine slightly larger then used flat washers on the bolts. Worked fine.
