Looking to buy Racing Seats
After a ton of researching I've decided to go with either a Bride or a Sparco seats. What I haven't found though are specific testiment to how they "feel", people use adjectives like "good" or "comfy" and I really dont get what they mean. I guess one reason I'm so picky is because I have one of these

I was wondering if this "feel" is similar to that of a true racing seat, because in all honesty I hate that chair and I dont wont to plow down 500+ dollars in a chair that will make me hate my car Thanks!

How much do you weigh? What's your waist size? If you're bigger than a size 34 waist and weigh more than 180, the only Bride I can recommend for you is the XAXII which has next to no side bolster. I'm about 5'9", 180 at my heaviest and have a size 34" waste and barely fit into my Bride BrixII. Don't get me wrong I love my seats but they fit me like a glove, so if you're any bigger than me, I'd have to say you'd be pretty uncomfortable. Hope that helps.

You should be alright in a Bride. However, if you can't stand that seat for gaming, you probably won't be that much more comfortable in a racing seat, especially the Bride. Any of the Brides except the XAXII have high side bolsters that keep your legs real close together, then there is the fact that I'm sure you've got pretty long legs. The BrixII don't have much in terms of support that come right up to the back of your knees. Can't comment on the Sparcos.

I am 6-1 and I've had both Sparcos and Brides. I would never buy another Sparco. They look nice, but feel like crap. They are way too firm for daily driving. The only Bride that fit me nicely was the Pros.
