Default anyone know where i can get these?

does anyone know where i can get this kind of license plate holder? my friend Boneout JZA80 bought his in japan, but i can't seem to find any in the states. i believe the plate holder drills into the top part of your front bumper and can be position anywhere.

Does it really drill into the bumper? I thought it was the Z-bracket, which doesn't drill into the bumper right?

I'm pretty sure it drills in (it's not the z bracket).. I need something that would fit the amuse front bumper kit.. Would the z-bracket work on that?
