Lightbulb ATTENTION Aluminum fabricators... need your help.

I'm looking to have a piece created for the throttle pedal that will widen it by ~.5" for heel/toe on the track. See picture below for something similar developed for the RX-7.



Here's the article that shows more of the pedal design.

I have to have a wider pedal because of my seating position (looooong legs, normal arms) and cannot rotate my foot, rather I need to roll it off the brake. The current gap between brake and throttle is just a bit too wide. If someone is interested in taking this on I'll provide more details as to my design ideas.

It may just be better to adapt another current pedal. Stamping out that funny shape with depressed and/or raised portions would be too spendy to make.

I could have one CNC'd out of 6061 for you if interested.

problem is.. unless I make 10 or more the cost is not friendly.

About $60 for one or $30 if 10 or more are fabricated.
