dont buy a new one, just take it off, strip off the 3m tape, then put some new 3m tape on it. Get a razor blade and trim the 3m tape so it's almost like OEM, then stick it on. If you trim it clean enough, no one can tell its NOT oem and looks great. also saves moneh.

That's a great idea! I was just about to order another one. What's the easiest way to keep the letters lined up, since I threw away the blue foam template?

Alright, just ordered a new one from Courtesy. Gonna take off this one, this weekend. I'll just leave it shaved til the new one comes in, and try again.

You don't need to buy a new one. Just scrape the tape off the car and emblem and buy some emblem tape (3M at Pep Boys) and then you put the tape on the back of the emblem and using a shape razor cut around the letters and start over. It'll work fine.

Not trying to hijack this thread but;

Which Fairladyz emblem matches the stock 350z emblem?

The chrome one or the regular silver? They sell both on courtesyparts.com and wasn't sure of which one to order.

Thanks

I think mine looks fine. No problems here. Lined up with the guide foam piece and went for it.

The "Satin" one most resembles the stock 350z emblem. Here:

The regular, but only for a few months until it fades and turns ugly yellow because courtesy sells fake emblems. Search for a thread where I post a link to the whole story with part numbers, photos, etc.

didn't it come with a template? My badges did. all you had to do was match it up to the line no the car.
