Ok, so I ordered a FairladyZ badge from Courtesy, and put it on. I'm very certain that I made sure it was ligned up straight, before I pressed the emblem on, but it looks crooked.

Anybody else seen this before? I've searched already, but haven't found anything. I might try to post pics up later tonight.

maybe your car was sitting on an angle or you were wearing one shoe or your legs are uneven

 

I had the same problem too. It seems that if you used the foam guide that it came with, it might be a little off. It's pretty subtle, but I know that it's off...

 

Yes..they don't quite match..There were lots of members reported here.

 

I used the guide on mine and I'm very happy with how it looks.

Think I can just peel it up and move it? I only put it on 3 days ago. Or should I just order a new one, and take off this one, til it get's here?

 

Wouldn't hurt to try but it's going to be hell trying to get each letter to line up again.

Sorry...but your badge is way, way off!
Did the Fairlady Z badge from Courtesy have this Genuine Nissan Emblem-Rear part# 84895-CD400 located in the center of your plastic wrap that the blue template came in? If it does not, then you have a replica. My understanding is that Courtesy ran out and had to go to another supplier...check out the part#. Also the replica ones will fade in the sun sooner!!!

 

looks like it's slanted down on the right..need a rotation counterclockwise.

 

That would be enough to ruin my day if that happened to me.

 

Honestly, I don't remember if it had the part# or not. I think it did, but not sure. Can't check now, cause I've already tossed the wrapper, template, and the rest.

 

I was just about to order the fairlady badge from Courtesy. How many others are reporting this problem?
