arent the asuka ones overlays?? removing them is easy. just pop of the b-pillars and then the long a-pillars just pop straight off. there may be one bolt behing the b-pillar though and then they pull right off.

how was the installation of the Asuka CF Roof? i've been thinking about getting one of those, just wondering if it's an easy DIY.

i think its put on with the same glue they use to attach windsheilds to the frame-

then press / clamp down.

So it's just an overlay? Looks f'n hot regardless.

Is there any plans for a CF roof (actual replacement)? THAT would be the shit.

The Asuka A pillars are replacements, not overlay. So.. to 'pop' the b-pillar.. whats involved.. ? Does it push up, up, down, down, b, a, start?

the b-pillar just pulls stariht out. get your finger behind the top and pull straight out. the there is i think one bolts behind there for the back of the a-pilar and then the a-pillar has the ame pop in piece that the b-pilar is attatched with. it is very very easy to get them off. once u get that b-pillar off u will see it all for yourself.

That is correct.

DONT use the tape that comes with the roof. its just 3m tape and the roof will blow off....lol.

And the A-pillars come off easily. All the screws are under the rubber seals for the window, you can bend it outward and you will see a chrome strip under it. Take out all the screws and it comes right off, should take about 10 mins for the first one, and then about 2mins for the second one. Very easy after you find the screws.

Soo.. do I still have to pull the b-pillar off? Or can I just hunt for screws?

You will need to pull off the B-pillar, because there is one screw behind it. B pillar is VERY easy to get off, just pull on it, no screws or anything, you won't break anything.

+1 on that

The carbon fiber eyelids would make it look better as well, also the roof needs to be CF as well to complete the look...

Looking good!!

I like what you have done so far, now just finish him!!!1!1!11!
+1. That will really complete the look. Also ditch the rear lights.
