How hard is it to install OEM leather seating?

How hard is it to install OEM leather seating?
One of the options I have now is to also look for an enthusiast model and put in used OEM leather seats later on...how difficult is this swap, and is it possible/worth it to install the seat warmers as well?

I wanted leather seats but I ended up getting a track model and I don't regret it at all. All the leather seats will do for you is get super hot in the summer and make you slide around while you're driving aggresivly. Not to mention that they look horrible when cracked in places.

It's an amazing Stand up comedy act. You should check it out...
As for the OPs question... I've seen it done and you just need to go to your local dealer and get it priced. Or find a set on Ebay and install them yourself.
