I ordered an emblem today for the Z, its an opel emblem. the one with the lightning bolt - that looks suspisciously like a Z going through and extending out of the edge of the circle- kinda like the new Z emblem at courtesy, but on steroids. I dont think many people on the road will know that the emblem is from Opel, but what do you all think. It should be here in a few weeks and ill post pics. here is the emblem:
Yup...expect the flame throwers to come out. I can see where you're coming from with this and yes aside from the enthusiasts no one will know the difference. But its another auto maker's marqe....why?
its a much more attractive emblem. If there were one that looked better, id go for it. I think it will look right once it is on the car. anyone would see it as a "Z" and not a lightning bolt at that point.
the only other emblem I like is the Tommy Kaira, and im not gonna pay 200 dollars for an emblem. I mean come on guys...its not that different from this one:
LoL, I'd usually be the first person to call this rice, however I think the Opel emblem looks ok. It's still a rice mentality to do anything to the car that's not in the name of performance though...sorry.
