Default Replacing Front parking lights

I'm sure this has been covered in detail someplace, However this forum has become huge and I don't have 2+ hours to search through 3000+ search results. Very simple, Got LED lights to replace the parking lights in the front headlights, How do I get to these bulbs, See Photo below

is it just the fender well liner, or does the front bumper have to come off as well?

Just pull the wheels off and you can access through the fender liner. No bumper removal is needed.

You do know that the owner's manual covers this, correct? Since saving time is what you were after, that would've taken A LOT less time than posting here and waiting for answers.

I'm amazed at the excuses people come up with for not looking up the most basic of info themselves...

If you can replace the turn signal lights, just reach a little further down and it'll be right there.

As most people could tell from the picture the turn signals have been replaced (notice the lack of yellow in the picture). I don't believe there is enough room, but i'll give that a try when i get home tonight.

Actully it's not in my owners manual either, 07 SMB and i too have looked in the old threads and finally found it in the DIY Removeing front bumper (which is not what i wanted to do, but there is info on relacing the bulbs so it works). I am amazed that Nissan Wouldn't provide info like this to there customers. Page 8-25 --- 8-29 is only for map/license plate/luggage and vanity. Now they do tell you what bulbs to use and where they are at, but NO info on replacing them. It simply says "contact a nissan dealer"

Cheers

Kevin

Did the earlier years have it in there owners book??

Gotta love how people make suggestions on here with no knowledge what-so-ever. ISTAN, do you even own a Z?

this picture shows us the placement of the two bulbs in question, the turn signal up top, and the parking light a good 6 to 8 inches below and to the side

This picture is the passanger side just behind the headlight. If you see the wire in the picture, that goes to the turn signal, you'll notice a square for access less than 3" NO CHANCE YOU ARE REACHING 6 to 8 inches past this point TO REPLACE PARKING LIGHT

and this final picture shows the drivers side. you'll notice I have highlighted the turn signal, once again there is no access behind or next to the light to reach in and change the parking lights.

In conclusion:
A) way too many people on this forum stick in their two cents without any technical knowledge
B) Parking lights can not be replaced without either removing the headlight fixture or the inner wheel well.

Ziggy, can you find out what kind of LED you put in there? I just got the LED clear corners so I figure I'll do both at the same time.

They are a 194 wedge bulb. any led will work. I got mine from http://superlumination.com/194.htm

I think these were the 194 4 LED Clear Focused Lenses
i'm sure they were the super white.

actually going to order myself 3 just incase they don't match, they are only $4 each, less than a gallon of gas.
