Hi Guys,

I'm thingking to get aftermarket steering wheel, just wondering what is the correct size 330MM or 350MM? and do i need any boss kit / adapter to go with it?

Go for the 330mm ( smaller is better IMO ) and depending on what wheel you buy you will probaly need a hub adapter.

 

Go 330mm and a Works Bell quick release if you wanna do it right

 

Anyone know the size of the OEM steering wheel? I migt just go with the same size

 

350mm is used if you have stock seats, 330mm is optimal for race seats. I have 350mm, and its just fine.

The hub will fit both wheels, I have the works hub and it fits and works perfectly.

the stock steering wheel is 14.6"

if u have a bucket racing seat. 330 fits great... thats what i got. if you have a shorty hub and a QR.. just note that the wheel will be a little closer to you and it'll be a slight reach for the turn signal indicators...

Personal neo grinta, works bell QR! For steering wheels size, its personal taste, I like the smaller one.

I just installed a 340mm Personal Neo Eagle with a Short hub and quick release. Even though I have not driven the car yet, just from sitting in the car with my new recaros I love the position and the size of the wheel. Maybe 340 would be the size for you?

Thx for the info. But, the vertex steering wheel only availlable in 330 mm and 350 mm. I might just have my bride seats fitted later and try how it goes with the size of OEM wheel. If it hits too much around lower arm and shoulder then i go with 330 mm

Hey Kwame, where the heck did you get the suede shift boot and ebrake cover? Holy $hit man, that looks really good.

 

The upholster that my stereo installer uses, he is located in Conn. I have never seen work this good ever before in my life. Believe me I paid top dollar, but it was well worth it. I had them do the headliner and visors in Alcantara, I figured while they were at it they might as well match the ebrake and shift boot with the same material.
