Look at the DIY forums.
I have done it many times, takes me about 30 minutes give or take.

one helpful hint: the little black plastic pop-type connections that are on the top middle of the front bumper (near radiator) should be poped up, then the portion that's touching the bumper should be pulled up...don't pull the top peice all the way up b/c it'll lock the whole connector in place. (this should make sense once you do it)

I took mine off a couple weeks ago. Relatively simple.

Simple answer: Remove some screws and clips.

Longer answer:
There's screws all along the underside of the front of the bumper - they all come off, which also loosens the large black plastic wheel well cover. When you pull back the cover, there are (3?) or so more screws closer to the top of the bumper, on each side of the car. You'll want to turn your wheels for access unless you are taking them off. You should be able to tell which ones are holding the bumper, its not very complicated.

When you pop the hood, there are 6 clips that hold it down. You'll see there is a circle within a circle - you need to pull those up, easy with a flathead, just pry them up. When they pop up, you basically just have to yank up on the bumper to remove the entire clip. Some of them make it feel like you're going to rip the bumper...might need to use a lot of force.

Tip. After you pop the smaller circle, push it back down a little and pop up the bigger circle. If you look at the design of the clip, the further you pull the smaller circle, the less it will slide into the grooves of the clip itself.
