Default Need advice on Seat for Back Problems

All,

I feel almost embarrassed posting this, as I never thought I would have back problems at 30... I recently herniated 2 discs in my lower back, and driving to work in the morning in the Z with the factory seats really sucks. It sucks so much that I frequently drive the '88 Nissan pickup that I have, just so my back feels better. Let me pre-empt the obvious replies... No, I will not be giving any of you my Z. :-) I am looking for anyone who might have experience with an aftermarket seat with better lombar support. Does anyone have an opinion on this?

-Gregg

Got 'em in both seats...

They make a world of difference - that and getting the seat in the proper driving position to start with.

I agree with Dave. I have them in my AC.
I've ordered alot of stuff from aircraftspruce in the past, and they've always exceeded my expectations

You're not alone...I am having the same problem. Worse thing is, I am only 20 and already having back problems. My solution was, drive my 06 Nissan Altima for daily and drive the Z on weekends.

I've got all you guys beat age-wise and I've taken 12hr road trips in the Z with no back or leg pain. It doesn't matter how old you are, if you don't have the seat in a natural, comfortable position you WILL be hurtin' on a long trip.
