Default Evolution 9 seats in a Z?

I have searched and searched....

Has anyone else done this??

Do the recaros in the EVO have the universal bolt pattern on the bottom so I can get custom brackets and sliders??? I need to know asap. I have a great deal on a brand new set.

Thanks in advance guys!

no ,not universal but you can easily make it fit. I'm not sure how high or low you will be sitting but it can be done putting them in a z.

I think you can order z33 brackets from Recaro and bolt them in (you'll want to double check this with recaro or a dealer first). I was considering buying a guys evo seats a while back but he ended up selling them. They're nice seats.

You lucked out on those... IMO the best stock seats out.

I'm sure you can get a bracket from Recaro for these seats since these seats can be bought (they just look different than the Evo IX ones). Not sure it the bolt pattern is specific for the Evo or universal like off-the-shelf Recaros.

Definately. I did like the seats in my Z, but after getting my Evo I hate any other seat I get in.

Any idea of the weight of these seats compared to stock Z seats or perhaps a more traditional recaro bucket racing seat?

The Evo's Recaros are lighter than most seats, but not light by racing seat standards.
