Default Aftermarket Side Fender Emblem Install..How?

Hey everyone. I've got the small mod bug again, and I'm thinking about these side emblems....

http://www.courtesyparts.com/betasit...=714_881_1243&

It looks like there might be some dreaded mounting involved versus going over the stock ones.

Although from the pics, it looks like the studs might be just for lining up the emblem versus attaching with a nut or something.

Does anyone know how the stockers are attached? Is it just adhesive?

Also, what does everyone think of these side emblems? Will be on a PPW.

Thanks!

Stock ones should be just like that one pictured in the link. There just tacked on with the sticky stuff also.

so at first I thought those where just like how the stock ones look when you "clear" them but I can see now that they are the black pearl style. Here's the stock ones with the black removed btw, in case you've never seen:

If you get these be sure to post a pic. I think they may look nice with my gunmetal wheels (and I def think they'll go well with your ppw)

THey are really easy to take off. Just use a heat gun and get your finger in the top part of the emblem and slowly put pressure on it and you will start to hear the adhesive coming off.

I have a set of Daytona Blue painted ones for sale

Goodluck!!
