I would assume you'll pay around 300 bucks give/take a couple.

Remove bumper
Fill hole
Sand
Prep/prime
Repaint
Re-install bumper

You're not only being charged for filling the hole and re-painting, but also for the labor around it. My guess is my estimate is LOW. But I have the aerosync bumper that came with filled hole in front..

If its already been painted, then it will really cost more, you should just wait till you need to repaint your front bumper and then get it filled in all at the same time or get a new aftermarket front bumper and have them fill it in for you which will be much cheaper instead of doing it after it has been painted.

If you really want to make it easy/ cheaper, Get some filler and sand down the area and fill it, level it off and sand it down to make it smooth. That will cut down the cost on the labor for sure.
