How to attach OEM Wing???

How to attach OEM Wing???
I just bought a Carbon Fibre OEM wing and tried installing it just now. I used 3m Molding tape (made for body panels). I think its one of the strongest double sided tapes out there. Well, It didnt even think about sticking. What are you guys using to get these things on there?? Thanks!
