Default Ings+1 N-Spec body kit pieces...can they be bought seperately?

If so, where? I'm not a fan of the rear piece, but i'd like to buy the rest of the kit.

check out bulletproofautomotive.com

They have just about every kit that's out, all broken down into individual pieces.

If I'm not mistaken, the kit is the half kit and not the n spec...

It is the half spec, you can get everything seperately..However the wait time for that kit is A WHILE. I purchased one in late January and it just came about 2 weeks ago. Right now I heard the wait time is even longer-- about 4-6 months to your door because the kit is hot, and also because INGS has small production facilities.

Thanks again for the link G*rated. I was going to be a wuss and wait for you to post pics of your car before ordering but I grabbed my nuts and bought the entire kit (aero-hybrid minus the spoiler)
Mike at Vivid seemed like a nice guy. Quoted me a 4-5 week ship time. Apparently the price of this kit in Japan is going up; he says I got my order in right before the price increase (+200$).

G*rated..did you get the FRP or Hybrid Aero version?

These guys were slightly cheaper than vivid racing, but they quoted me a delivery date of mid July. That's just too long. They do have damn good prices though if you are someone with patience (which I am not).

Give Adam at Z-1 Performance a call. I know he has another container shippment leaving Japan in June. You should be able to get the body kit put on that. He is very honest and has been in the industry a long time. I have order lots of parts from him and trust him.

We ship a container over once a month, its not a matter of shipping. Its a matter of the manufacturer not being able to provide the parts in a timely matter. The Z33 stuff is VERY hot in Japan right now, and most of the companies have very small production facilities and many vehicles to supply for. Contact ings+1 direct and ask them if they have these in stock. (they don't) They are backordered for 6-7 weeks now. And they don't produce them faster, or more often because we ask - we have to pay in full before they start to build any of these kits. Once paid, maybe they wait a few weeks and collect orders until they are running "z" stuff, to maximize production. Who knows. Bottom line is some of the parts take extended time to be manufactured -We ordered a Top Secret Carbon hood for an S2000 recently - 22 weeks! (and had to be prepaid) Ouch!

Then we can discuss alternative freight options. Airfreight is an option, but very expensive. Otherwise the parts are containerized monthly and shipped as they are ready. If the parts do not make it to our Japan warehouse by the cut off date, they cannot be containerized and shipped. In essence, the worst case scenario is something coming in the day after cut off and has to sit a whole month before making the NEXT container. This would build in 4-5 weeks for that item. It would be unrealistic to ship everything individually as it was ready, not to mention extremely expensive.

Our pricing and ordering structure takes into account the parts must be prepaid and pre ordered, and includes all inbound customs and duties, freight and logistics, as well as any other associated fees. If we were to try and keep items in stock, the prices would be much higher and the selection not as vast. Which would people prefer?
