Cage for the Z?
I don't know if they have a bolt-in yet, the Z is still so new on the scene. But try www.stableenergies.com
They sell lots of cages, mostly for Porsche. But, they sell Autopower roll bars so Autopower may have one.

There are cages available in Japan. The HyperRev Vol.82 Fairlady Z book has 3 or 4 listed. I can't remember the manufacturers. I'll post pics and companies tonite when i get home and scan the book.
I don't know if they're cosmetic and it would be expensive to get from japan. You might want to try a chassis shop for a custom cage. My friend has a chassis shop and they work mostly on NHRA dragsters and they did the Bergenholtz Mazda dragster with a tube frame chassis. Check them out at www.bulletfab.com and ask for Mike...tell him Jim referred you.

The Hyper Rev book lists Cusco as having a rollcage available for the Z33. The picture is small so it's not worth scanning and i don't know if the pic is for the Z32 or Z33 but they list as available for the Z32 and Z33.
Contact Greddy and see if they have a list price for the Cusco rollcage.

number 1: 99.9% of the 350z out there do not produce enough power to make use of a roll cage (chassis twist) the only thing it would be useful for is if the car is rolled over. (i seriously doubt many people get them for this reason)
if you are getting one for this reason then why not invest in some other "safe" modifications?
number 2: make sure if you do get one that it is fully functional, and not some glue on pvc piping that is wrapped in cushion.
