Smile Data Systems Illusion Aero Kit Installed!12pics inside

Installed my Data Systems/R Spec Illusion Kit last Saturday.
Kit consist of a front lip (rather similiar to Nismo less the bumper replacement) and a subtle rear spoiler.

Material is FRP and very high quality. It was very well molded to a perfect fit without any additional work needed. The front lip literally snapped into place and spoiler nicely wrap around the contours of the trunk.

Front lip is held on by supplied double sided tape, 2 additional screws (planted at the wheel well area) and bolted on with the car's original screws which holds the original front "lip".

The spoiler is doublesided taped on throughout the perimeter of the underside. The supplied 3M tape is strong and feels very much sticker to touch when compared to normal tapes. There was no need to remove the rear hatch metal weight.

Here are the pics. Enjoy

I got it from my local tuner who is a dealer for Datasystem. But I'm not sure if telling you can help due to my location. If you don't mind I can give you their contacts (they do export to US customers too) Pls PMs me.

Here is the kit's company website
http://www.datasystem.co.jp/catalog/aero/aero.html

If I'm not wrong the kit is around 76000-80000yen. Other than that, not much info on this kit available on the net.

Beautiful kit! Do you perhaps have larger copies of the images you posted?

Thanks.

Hey, how much does the lip run by itself?? This looks like a good alternative in case my Nismo front end gets hit or anything.. It looks really good!
