Some people are serious about going fast, some aren't. I assume you fall into the latter category.

That being said, mine is only in when I take a road trip anywhere farther than Orlando (1 hour).

thanks for the assumption. do you see why people think you're an ***?
my question pertained to unloading weight for OFF TRACK driving. how fast, exactly, do you drive off track? i mean i know i drive way too fast.. i've got enough speeding tix as it is, what with our **** popo out here. i really don't need to make it worse by making my car lighter.

less weight also equals better mileage, braking and handling.

Remember guys, remember that much weight from the rear makes it tail happy, and very light in the rear. It throws the weight balance off. Unless you have coilovers, adjustable sways and endlinks I wouldn't lower too much weight in the rear. You gotta lower some weight in the front as well. Remove those heavy cats, remove the heavy battery with a lightweight, and take out the washer fluid to start.

not only because of that , it will ruin the inside of your wheels. so double think that if you got 2k+ wheels on the car

what do you guys do about the empty space that is left when the spare is out. The white foam piece no longer holds the mat firmly. And if you put something heavy like a gal. of water, it makes the trunk start to sag in...

Take all the foam out also and just line the back with car carpet fabric or just run nothing at all.

Fix-a-flat is not recommended on Z rated tires, not sure why but that's what the label says
