Paint Roof Black, but should I also paint....
I just got my car back bout 3 weeks ago from a new paint job...

BUT NOW,
I'm painting the roof black, BUT I'm not sure if I should paint the Side Mirrors black, should I??? I'm also adding a Veilside Lip
Help me i'm making a decision, people say it will look good... some don't know. The car is going to get painted today

painting the mirrors would definitely be different, paint just the roof wouldn't look stupid imo....i have it done and ppl swear its a moonroof (which is what i was going for, lol).....anyways, take pics after wen its all done

i just called the guy @ the shop he said. if i didn't like the side mirrors in black he'd paint them back to silver no problem.
man i love working for an insurance company....

I had considered something similar only doing it in all carbon (hood, roof, a-pillar cover and hatch) and when looking figured would need to do he mirrors as well to complete the look. So I would say if looking for a similar two-tone then definitely YES.

I Got My Roof Nd Front Lip Painted Black And Ima Go Wyt Carbon Fiber Mirrors....also Get Dark Tints All Da Way Around Or Cuz I Did It And It Looks Way Better Even The Whole Windshield!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why did you paint it?
I am wondering why you had your painted?
The only reason I can think of was that it was in an accident.
Also, PLEASE do not do a two tone paint job on this Silver car as you will totally ruin the lines of the car because the eyes will be drawn to the paint and away from the scultpure of the car(best word I could come up with)
Have you looked at a color wheel that is used to show what color goes with what?
Here is a website where someone did a two tone job and the consensus is that folks liked it but I think it works on that car because the base color is already dark. (Personally, I don't like it but the base color is my least favorite of all the available colors)
