hell of a deal i think

i was wondering around egay and found these. i wish my z had airbags, i really want to get rid of my burnt orange and get oem black. o well heres the link

why does he say it only work with side airbag equipped Zs...isn't the only difference the airbag cover? Seems like it would slip right onto a non-airbag-equipped seat fine.
