Hi everyone!! Anyone out there who done their own interior and upholstery...Where can I go or what site that sells these fabrics for a good price?? And what glue/sticky did you all use to get them on the headlines, panels, ect. thanx



.....IM trying to do my headliner myself and wrap it up in suede leather. Ill do a DIY once i get all the fabric and material i need and show ull how how it turns out. I already painted mi headliner and visors....headliner in red and the visors in black....turned out great, buh now i want to just put my headliner in suede leather. I also want to do my panels but I dont know in what yet. but if you all give me a site to get the fabrics ill greatly appreciate it. thanx

 

Look in your Yellow Pages for a fabric store, similar to JoAnn Fabric...not sure if they have one in your area. 3M sells a adhesive spray can for thin materials...also can be found at the fabric store.

 

Thanx. yea thats what i have and did but I wanted to see if anyone out here have sites or sells suede leather or other material like a whole seller. I've been to alot of fabric stores but I still haven't seen suede leather sold anywhere.

 

JoAnn Fabric sells suede, leather, vinyl & other fabric materials by the yard.
Call them! I bought some vinyl from them for my visor warning label covers.

most plastic supply stores carry various grades/weaves of carbon fiber. be prepared to pay top dollar due to limit supply of carbon fiber.

a 5 yard roll (50" wide) of 2x2 weave is roughly $2xx...
