how does the overlay stick on? and what is the difficulty of the install?

 

soap and water application. Position it and work all the moisture and air bubbles out with a sqeegy or credit card wrapped in soft cloth. Use a hairdryer to heat the vinyl up along the edges to tuck the vinyl in over the sides. Trim excess vinyl after it sets. Pretty straightforward, just need time and patience.

i just got all of my overlays installed minus the roof overlay.. it was the last one he was gonna tackle and the day ended up coming to an end! ..heres a preview!

Yea, does the vinyl come precut to fit only the Z's roof or do you still need to make adjustments after you install it?

 

I'm pretty sure it will only fit a z. Maybe some minor trimming, but not enough to consider it for other cars.

 

i think this is pre-cut to fit the z perfectly, may require minor trimming for perfect fit like neife said.

if you've got another car you want to get overlays for, i'm sure you can ask blue batmobile to custom make you one.

Nice! How about more pics of the headlight overlays . Maybe some full shot of the back outdoors . I'd love to add these to my Gallery . Thats my revised headlight lid, alittle more aggressive than my previous one.

alright... ill have to work on gettin some pics ..its night time now...ill see if i can find a good place! if not ill just pull it into the grass! .. im def. glad the headlights turned out right this time! cant wait to get the roof on!
