Without meaning to put anyone off, as it does depend on the quality of the vinyl and the installation...

I had a black vinyl overlay on my car for about 6 months... but it would never polish up like paint and the small score lines and marks in the gloss black vinyl always niggled me. So in the end it was removed and I am back to Blade.

I'm not saying that Bat's will be the same, but it is just something to be aware of

There are different grades of vinyl, 3 year, 5 year and 7 year. I use 7 Year .

Its more durable than the 3-5 year. Here's one I just finished for the Sedans:

I just ordered some of this for my NISMO and will take pictures of it once I receive it and get it installed. I don't believe this is ricey at all. Just like painting the roof and you really have to look close to tell it's not painted.

an actual visual of what this will look like on a 350Z can be spotted here:

https://my350z.com/forum/showpost.ph...15&postcount=1

that is paint, not film. but the film will give you the same results

I have installed it on my NISMO 350Z. Took a while, but it looks great. I just do not like the line where it meets the other overlay though. But can't complain since it's not permanent. I took pictures and sent them to BlueBat. He will post them up when he is ready. It really helps if you guys polish it a few times and it makes it just like paint!
