Question Need help deciding 8000k HID bulb

can you guys help me out here? I'm planning to buy 8000k HID bulb for my 04 z and not sure which brand is better. I only found one website that selling hidworld.com. If you guys know other website or seller let me know.

Can you guys post ur 8000k HID? and let me know where you get them. THANKS

ps: i did searched before i post this...

i don't mind losing it as long as i don't see that ugly yellowish color while i'm driving at nigh

did anyone buy hid bulb from www.xtralights.com?

I wouldn't go any higher than 6000k. 6000k gives a nice white light w/ a mild blue tint to on-coming traffic w/o the major light lost that 8000k+ gives. I found my McCulloch 6000k bulbs on E-bay $150. The seller had a 100% positive feedback but this was over a year ago.

no reputable manufacturer produces an 8000K capsule. Have fun down grading the peformance of your headlights, ricer

25% loss isn't major?

There wasn't a 25% loss with my 6000k bulbs. I actualy perfer the white light on the road than the yellowish tint. The 6000k bulbs give a more daytime look on the road vs. stock OEM bulbs.

yes there is 20-some% loss of output

I have 6000k on other car but i want little bit more blue tint. I want like 6500k or 7000k since they don't make those thinking to try 8000k.

I also think its overkill but oh well...

Go with piaa's they make 6600k... theyre about 320 bucks though...

The one on the end is really 14k...... go with that lol..... ive actually seen cars on the road with them...

far as i know 6k 2800lm output, which is about 3x the light output of the traditional halogen
8k 2550lm output
10k 2200lm output, which is about 2x the light output of the traditional halogen

I think i'm gonna get philips ultinon 6000k from xenonfactory.com.

Do you guys have any experience from that website?
