Ill tell ya its not the solder issue. I have mine apart right now, and those puppies are on there, ive been trying to find a way to replace them as you know, so maybe light works can help me out as well. Its pretty tough work i think, im almost to the point of just leaving them yellow and living with it.

 

If I were you I'd try to make them white, but that's just me.
