did it all for under $100. imo, the '07 hood looks awesome with this done to the front of the car.

you're 1 guy vs. about 50 so far. besides, the eyelids are only vinyl. if i get tired of them i'll just take them off later. if you're complaining about the sidemarkers, then, you have poor taste. the orange sidemarkers are ugly on the black z

 

I wouldn't say ugly but your clears look alot better. And maybe he's just jealous and using the hate part in a different way eh I don't know maybe no

I like the sidemarkers, but not so much the eyelids. But as long as you like it, then its all good.

LOVE the eyelids...going to do that to mine at some point, but with CF to go with the CF hood that I'm looking into getting. I agree with the side markers, I bought smoked ambers for mine, can barely notice anything there now!

 

I kind of got the "i hate you for doing that.... because I wanted to do it" jealousy vibe from his post, not an actual "i hate 'it' " post.

 

maybe so, but oh well, i appreciate all the comments. i wanted to make my z look a little different. from a distance the car looks so much more different than it did. i was going to do something with the taillights, but i like the triangular l.e.d.s enough stock, and i don't want to cover them up with tint. the next step i may go with is 35% window tint.

 

I like it. Its subtle, tasteful and a just a bit different. Go get them G-Force next...

I personally think if you aren't going to have white leds in the sidemarkers that coincide with the running lights that they should just be blacked out completely via a spraypaint can on a black Z.

The sidemarkers just look stupid anyway on the Z in general... , it's like, nice bicycle reflectors you have there sir. You should put a baseball card in the spokes so it will make noise when the wheels turn. Ugh.

I don't like the eyelids, but the clear side markers are definitely better than the orange ones.
