Why CarbonLTD does not want to give the invoice?

Default Why CarbonLTD does not want to give the invoice?

I always wanted a CF look for the top half of my Z. Jim from CarbonLTD was having a GB on Mastergrade CF hatch and A-pillars in August. So:

1. Sep. 2, I paypaled Jim at CarbonLTD $1,375. $465 for A-pillars and $910 for CF hatch. The GB price for the hatch was $850. Jim told me that if I wanted to get the hatch sooner, I had to pay non-GB price.

2. Looked like Mastergrade was having production problems and it also moved to a locaton in Sep. So I waited patiently for the hatch and a-pillars to arrive on Sep. 21. Looked like I got the hatch at the same time as the GB members. But the hatch came damaged (https://my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=303586). Unfornatunely, my ignorant friend signed and accepted the hatch for me.

3. The carrier, Bax Global, wanted me file a claim. But no invoice came with the package from Jim. So I PMed Jim to provide an invoice.

4. After many PMs, Jim finally answered by asking my fax number. So I gave him the fax number on Oct. 3.

5. I waited and waited, no invoice came from Jim.

6. I PMed Jim again. He said that he had faxed the invoice. I checked my fax machine and even faxed someting from another fax machine - all working. I then asked Jim to scan the invoice and e-mail it to me - no response from Jim.

At the mean time, the carrier has a time limitation to file a claim. So I'm stuck with the damaged $910 Mastergrade CF hatch and can not do anything about it.

I could not figure it out why there was no invoce in the package from CarbonLTD. I ordered parts from Intense, 350ZSOurce, Mynismo, and other online vendors and they all came with invoices.

Most of all, I don't understand why CarbonLTD would not help out a customer by simply giving me the invoice. I'm not asking for a refund from CarbonLTD. I'm just trying to salvage whatever value is left of the damaged CF hatch.

I've faxed it 3 times now, since you contacted me on Tuesday of last week, to the number you provided. We do not have electronic invoices so we can not e-mail them. We are closed on the weekend therefor I can no fax it. I just got back in town and will try to fax it again tomorrow, not sure what else I can do if you fax machine doesn't work.

Also the time frame is 30 days from delivery to file a claim. If you want I can send via snail mail, otherwise get me a working fax number and I'll send it over.

Man, poor Jim... Selling CF pieces must be the worlds most thankless job, seeing as they're the worlds most fragile things.

If you want Jim, you can fax the invoice to me, and OP, if you give me your email I will scan it and email it to you.

lol, I have a fax/printer/scanner but the scanner is busted. I have no use for a scanner so I see no need to replace it. All I need is a working fax number, I told the OP this late last week and then he just created this thread instead

I am not blaming anybody. I used the wrong word in my other thread and I apology for any misleading impression.

I'm simply want to have the invoice which should have been in the package delivered.

I just checked my fax number again and it's working.
