I used the DIY posted on the forum with the faucet stopper. Surprisingly, the 07' 350's don't have a counterweight which I found sort of odd.

very nice. I have thought about doing the same, but I have actually found myself using my wiper a few times lately....so I will leave it for now.

Looks hot though. I love those rims

Is there anyway to remove the fluid dispenser, kinda worthless without the wiper?

I don't know the exact weight but I can tell you that when I open the hatch with the keyfob, the hatch just ejects open without any force cause the hatch is so light. The valving on the stock hatch shocks are too stiff for the weight of the hatch.
