Caved in and went for tint today.
Went back and forth on this for a while and finally said WFT and went for it. Regular price was 279 CND for all 5 windows, well 3 and two postage stamps. They dropped it down to 219.00 for me as I had gotten to know them from getting another vehicle done. Ming on St. James in Winnipeg is the place I got it done and I went back at 4:30 today to pick it up. Went with 35% all around.
Well I get there I go around the side of the building with my buddy who was dropping me off and we both get out of the car, look at each other, and smile.
Car looks wicked!!! Highly recommend it to anyone if you enjoy the look. Will post pics once the weather clears up. To top it off, Ming washed my car, vacuumed it, even cleaned my rims. Can't say enough about what a great job they did.
As far as the look from inside, no issue at all. Drove tonight, and the mirror auto tint works just as it did before.

Florida tint laws are much different. I run limo all the way around on mine, including the windsheild. The legal marker is where the black dots stop on your windsheild directly behind your rear view mirror. Bring the tint down to there and your good under Florida law. Limo is illegal, but what the hell, its not like a caprice riding on 22"s with the dark tint... never had any problems with cops and the tint.

i went with 20% on all windows except the windshield. Illegal where I'm from, but I wouldn't go any lighter and/or darker. Still have problems seeing around the corner at night, but excellent during the day time.
