Default Hood install?

Man, I have'nt posted in a while.. Does anyone know if there is a DIY for installing aftermarket SEIBON hoods? I'm planning to get the VSII, but not sure if it's a big project or not.

its ridiculously easy, but you'll need a friend to help you hold up the other side of the hood. probably takes 15 minutes to swap. good luck!

nice choice btw!

It might take some washers up by the studs to space the hood, it will all depend on how it looks when installed. good luck

Pretty easy install. Just don't tighten everything at first. But firm enough to hold while you make adjustments. I had to dermal some of the hinge where the hood attaches to, near the windsheild. It needed to be shifted to the right a little. Plus make some minor hood latch adjustments. But I've seen first hand where they just slap on. Good luck.
