Headlight dissassemblely
wow you get your headlights in 2 weeks?
judging from that picture, you will need to pull it towards the camera. Gotta put some muscle into it. Man I just feel like flying over there just to remove it for you

well im going on vacation on friday for a week so, i wanna get these mailed out tomorrow so they will be done when i get back. Man ive been pulling every way possible. I wish i coulda just mailed them off how i got them i woulda paid extra cuz im gonna be screwed come time to put these back together. Alright im gonna go back to pullin on the b****
alright got it off with some pliers and grabbed the back of the connecter and pulled it off. Thought i broke it for a second. But yet another problem. Some smaller wires wont pull through. I dont know i guess they are little lights on the top part of the headlight not the turn signal.
ah thank god everything is out and done. That only took 3 hours. Thanks guys for all the help. Maybe some one should do a easy little DIY for just prepping the headlights to get painted cuz i was lost. Anyway thanks for all the advice especially at 3 am haha.
Ill post pics up of the finally product when i get them on my car.

Putting it back together is actually quite simple; just reverse the dissasembly steps. I strongly recommend downloading an FSM. And don't forget to get new ballast gaskets (o rings); they have to be replaced anytime ballast is removed. About $12 for 2 from your dealer. Extremely cheap insurance for very expensive ballasts.
And you didn't need to remove the harness connector on the base of the headlight; it is sturdy-enough to withstand oven temps. I never removed mine when I took the lights apart.
