I wanted keep the CF look of my Seibon VSII hood, but I got damaged during shipping, so I painted it in the same color as the car.

Colors look perfect to me...1/2 the cars in the shade, the other 1/2 is in the sun
To me it looks like the hood and the bumper match just right, both in the shade and in the sun

Looks good. Really flows well. The paint looks as good as it's going to get.

People really get into a rant about this. But some kits are way off. Bodykits are a different type of material than factory. So paint, no matter how close or dead on, the paint will lay different on the different materials. I have yet to see one dead spot on. You can go look right now at the rear of any Z, new or not and the upper and lower bumper is slightly off for it's different material from the factory. You can paint the entire car and it will be a tad off. Now my paint is off and been working with my body guy and a specialty paint shop in order to get closer. Hoping will be in the next few weeks. Course they said that a month ago.

of course the hood is the same color as his bumper, it looks like they were painted at the same time. compare either to the fender however and you can see how off it is.

Too me that paint looks as close as your going to get, the shadow from the building might make you think different, looks great to me!
