Default Ahhhhhh Just Got Backed Into!!!

So i have my car parked in the side of my house instead of usually in my drive way, and my neighbor across the street i guess back into my car with his truck, it hit my passenger side rear panel, and pushed it in, no scrapes or anything, i guess his truck bed door was down and it pushed my crap straight in. bumper wasn't even harmed but paint was scraped off the top of it!! He didn't even leave a note or anything. It was too late to go to his house and confront him but there white paint on his bed door.

I'm looking to see how much that panel cost but can't find that panel anywhere.....ahhhh man that just made my day, it's the passenger side rear panel, and my bumper was just hanging off of it. man oh man...

anyone know where i can find one of those rear panels, or if it's even possible??????

I'd say you confront him for it. I've had it happen to me once in my street, the neighbors' kid had his truck in the shop getting it "fixed" on the day I saw the damage on my own car. So I actually don't have any evidence that his kid did the damage, but in your case, your paint is still on his truck. I know we're all suppose to be good to our neighbors, but he wasn't exactly being nice when he pulled a hit and run on you.

yeah confront him about it, it's too obvious for him to deny if you say it is like it is..

Yep, confront him immediately. Don't ask if he hit it, ask if he has insurance or is he going to pay out of his pocket for inconsiderately hitting your car. Maybe he was drinking and doesn't realize he did it. Good luck
