Default Taking off passenger door grab bar...

...Or that's what I'm going to call it. It is the large silver grab handle on the door. It is loose and I want to tighten it back up. For the life of me I can't figure out how to undo it. Does the metal part clip off or slide off? I'm afraid of bending it and creasing the metal. Any help is welcomed!

peel off the brushed silver looking cap carefully from the TOP down, start where the curve meets the door. Dont start at the bottom of the thing or you will bend it. Then take a 10mm ratchet, youll need an extension btw for the top. Take off the bottom bolt, and then teh top. It takes a while, the bolts are ALOT longer than what you think they would need to be, so keep at it. eventually the thing will come off. What I usually do is go top, bottom, top, bottom and keep easing out the handle until it eventually comes completely off.

hope that helps.
