Does anyone know if the steering wheel can be adjusted toward the driver from 1-2"? I am so tall, the bottom of the steering wheel will not adjust upward enough so I can get my right knee under the steering wheel. It is uncomfortable to have to **** my leg to the side to operate the accelerator and brake. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
