all places are different. I paid 1100 for installation and paint for my Nismo kit, but there was several modifications they had to do, plus had the rears molded. I just read in another post of a paint shop in chi-town that did good work. I'm sure some locals can help...

Roughly 250 per panel depending on fitment issues.

Because it's the painters rep on the line when it looks like $hit. Everyone always ask me "Who painted your car?" not "Who did the work on your car?"

Yeah who wants a body kit that fits with no gaps and looks right??

DO you think painters just shoot paint without making sure the bodywork is correct? After all their reps are on the paint.....& yeah paint looks better on correctly prepared body panels.

Just my opinion

hes asking for paint price, so im assuming hes going to one shop to do the painting, and another shop to do the install (or himself) in which case its not the painters fault if the pieces dont fit. This is a customer that they have, who needs something painted. If the pieces dont fit, its the company who made the piece whos rep is on the line. I dont know why a painter would be at fault if the pieces dont fit perfect.
