full fiberglass kits? I would say no. I been through that route. would never buy a fiberglass kit again. There always will be stress marks over times, little cracks, if you hit it, the paint will crack ask well. If it's urethane, i would say yes.

I'd choose both "stay OEM" and the one about them Cracking and such if I could.

depends where you live. I live in florida, so there aren't any hills and no snow around to screw things up.

a bodykit is fine, even if you are in chicago. Just be careful and avoid potholes and steep ramps.

which guy are you?

"Just the lip" - Cousin of "Just the Tip"-guy. Wants to play, but not go all the way. Wants to feel like they're doing something by slappin' on a little lip to the nose but is hesistant to purchase the rest.. probably low on funds, or doesnt want to pay for paint for the sides and rear.

"Lip Kit all around" - Likes the OEM lines, but wants to bump it up a notch. BAM! Lip kit-add on all the way around. Usually goes with a subtle addition, to make the car seem a lil lower to the ground, but yet not all crazy.

"Full replacements" - Screams "Look at me!" Wants to be the odd one out. Wants to personalize the exterior to show how they feel about their car. Whether it's full race or full rice, at least they got the ***** to do it and you don't!

"Wide Body"- The Show queens. Typically painted in an non Nissan OEM paint code. These are the guys that have 10 subs in the car and three of which are in the cupholder. You might think they look nasty, but the amount of labor put in would lay waste to your Forced Inducted funds. Respect.

as far as the original question of if it's worth it? for me. hell yea. i <3 my body kits...i can transform it to three different styles and any combination within those pieces.

Fiberglass kits, doesn't matter where you live. It will crack. Plain and simple. If you are a person how puts on and takes off your front bumper a lot, you'll find stress marks around the mounting holes. Hard rock chips would crack up the paint on fiberglass items, basically...any mistake, will cost you. If you have money always ready, then go for it. But if you are meticulous like me, it's not for you. A simple crack will ruin your day. Hell, my friend has a kit from SHINE(one of the vendors here), good fiberglass, great fitment, still cracks with a simple scrape going into a shopping center.

I have the Aerosync bumper on my car. It's urethane. Some lady hit the front of my car and the kit wasn't even scratched..only the paint. It can withstand a lot of force. If i could do it again, i probably would of just repainted my stock bumper with nicer paint.
