Default Nismo Shift **** fitment

Hey everyone.

I bought a Nismo Titanium shift **** on ebay that had never been used. Only problem is that when i opened it up, it said that the application was for the Altima, Maxima and Armada. The thread size is 10 and 12mm. I checked the part number and it is indeed different from the one that is designated for the 350Z. Would this still fit on my car? Should I try to return it to the dealer in exchange for another( Im sure the only difference is the threading)? or should I return it online?
Thank you

I'm not sure what the thread size is for the Z. Obviously, it either will or won't fit. Brilliant, huh? Why don't you give it a try and report back.

haha, good philosophy! I guess im just being lazy, but I also dont want to take it all apart and put it back for nothing. And I heard that the shift **** for the Z comes with a plastic piece that lies on the bottom of the shift ****, and this one doesnt!

^ its actually a rubber (at least it was with my nismo carbon fiber ****) finisher.

How could it fit an armada? Do they even come with manual transmissions?

Yes, i put it on, it fit! the only thing missing is the plastic piece on the bottom, but I can live without it! I cannot believe how tight the stock shift **** was...

So did you use the 10mm or 12mm thread insert?
