i dont beleive so. theres a different harness that is spliced into the main electrical harness. i sold my seats to a member here, and he realized that as well. after pulling off my carpeting, we didnt attempt. the heated seat button is just a different harness which can be switched out. imo, just get leather covers if you want them. the electronic features are too slow anyways (mostly because im an impatient bastard, so impatient i came out 1 month premature ) but to my knowledge, it wont work. he has to make a custom power and ground for it. hope this helps

the power is very simple to hook up...the heat is a bit harder though, needs relays, switches and is a bit more difficult...i bought a set of heated and powered ones for my car, had them reupholstered and hooked up the power...all i did for the power was tap into some wires under the seats.

heat is very doable, just takes time like i said...if u get a wiring diagram of the car and the correct relays and switches for the seats it can be done...but it was something i didnt feel like getting into for my car. but def need a wiring diagram of the car for starters.
