I have had Sparco's before, and while I am not trying to bash those seats at all, they in no way compare to Brides or Recaro's as far as comfort and quality.

The rails I had for my sparcos also sat a bit high for my taste. While I am not the tallest person in the world, 5' 9 , I felt as if I was in a minivan/truck.
Right now I am using the Bride Zeta III which are great for me (31 waist), but if you dont think that will fit, the Ergo, Gias, and most Recaro's will fit up to 34-36 comfortably.

The rails the Brides come with are also a bit lower seating. The rails used for the Buckets however have 3 height settings, I use the medium one, for a bit lower seating than stock.

If you are set on getting the Sparcos, you only need the seats and proper rails. I would suggest a harness and cage/harness bar tho as the seatbelt might start rubbing on the bolsters and cause premature wear on the seats.

the only way to have the Sparco's sit as they should is to have a custom set of bases made

people have already told you exactly what to do - there is nothing we can do if you don't like the answer, but it is what it is
