Default Front Bumper Factory Grill removal

How do you remove the front factory plastic black grill on a 2003 bumper? is there a way of just removing it or does it have to be cut out and then finished? reason being is just installed a turbo and cant see the intercooler.

I know the 3 strips running horizontally can be snapped out, there clipped on from the back. The rest might have to be cut...

Utility knife with a sharp blade and you can cut it out in about 2 minutes. That's how I removed mine...

OP what color is your bumper? Mine is cut out already and I would like to get a stock one. Mine is an 06 bumper painted CS. I got it from a friend of mine who was boosted but he wrecked his car. I'd pay shipping both ways if you wanted to swap
