I recently this year Blacked out my orginal 03-05 Headlights and they were beautiful for about a week! Then the sun and the Humidity here In Texas took over , I figured there was a leak some where So i took them apart to reseal, It worked fine then fog again, Frustration was Key to me! I looked all over for leaks then figuerd that it had to been my Bulb washers, i bought new washers And then no leaks....

The top of my headlight Housing had already been ruiend by Vinyl over lays wich i had put on first when i bought my car, a year later after removing them the Sun's UV Rays had craked them badly, Thats not what caused the Fog... A fellow 350 member sold me a used pair that i took apart so that i coud use the top Clear Plastic of the housing...



today still get some fog but i guess i just have to play with them untill i can get a very tight seal.... here are some pics!!!
